The kids were pretty nervous to be starting a new school, but like it or not, the first day of 3rd, 6th and 8th grade came.
This is right outside our building entrance.Look how sharp they look in their dress uni's!
Aren't they sweet to still pose for first day of school pics?
Here we go, walking to school.
Gyeongnam Internation Foreign School is just across the street. This picture was taken from one of the kids' bedrooms. The right brick building is the classrooms, the middle is the entry, and the left with green is the gym.
GIFS is a pretty small school. There are about 120 from K-12. Zeke's the the biggest class of our three, with 12 kids. Daisy has 11 with a combined 5th/6th class. I believe there are four 6th graders and the rest are 5th. Lijee has 7 kids in his class. Every Monday is formal dress.

We had to mix up the annual 1st day of school ice cream since there is not a Braum's here, nor is our Grannie here. But we went to Baskins Robbins and thought about Grannie. This is the 2nd day. As you can see, uniforms are not as dressy, and elementary gets to wear their PE outfit twice a week on PE days.
The dogs and I walk the kids across the street to school and then continue our walk from there. There is almost always other GIFS kids that we bump into and walk with on our way there.
