Zeke and Daisy had a camping trip with school and Lijee had a birthday party, so that meant date time for Mommy and Daddy! Abe had previously been on a hard hike and wanted to take me there; we thought a day without kids was a good time to tackle that mountain.

Near the bottom there are these huge rocks. They're mostly just in this one area.

We made it to the top of Minjaebong Peak of Waryongsan Mountain! Seven hundred ninety-nine meters high.
We had a little picnic at the top. There were a lot of other individual hikers and hiking groups up there. We decided nature lovers are more open to dogs because the girls were welcomed up there. Hikers went out of their way to pet them and tell them hi.
Waryongsan Mountain is just a few minutes from our house.
Even on top of the mountain there are pretty purple flowers.
Frito is so funny when she sticks her head out of the window in the car.
When we got home Eli's birthday party was still going on and the adults were having fun as well. Us ladies took in the sunset from the roof top.
