The Final Senior Night

 All good things must come to an end. We arrived at the end of Daisy's senior nights.

Let's take a look at the softball season.

This was the first day her banner was hanging.

Daisy was our right fielder.

On first after a hit.

Once again, her biggest fans (with James in the background).

One away game Zekers joined us because it wasn't too far from Denton (with James in the background).

Now back to senior night. We caught our girl pregame.

The seniors sang the National Anthem a capella. Not gonna lie, I have heard it performed better. But they had fun with it.

Not only did we sneak James into our selfie this game, but we also got his parents.😜 They came to support Daisy on senior night, and his mom is a Hills alumni.

Coaches made cool pics of the senior girls and their teammates signed them.

Ms. Patty and Cougar Corner made each of them a basket.

On senior night the younger players always divide up and make baskets for the seniors. Isn't this precious?

Daisy hit a triple! She had an exciting slide into third. You can see the dirt on her bottom.

During the senior activities, the girls have their friends and family escort them onto the field.

Each girl throws a pitch to them. James was Daisy's catcher. Look at him reaching high to catch the ball.

Then the underclassmen line the diamond and the senior walks around, hugging each one.

One last softball banquet.
