I celebrated with Daisy on her special birthday trip to Seoul before her actual birthday. But her actual 14th birthday couldn't come and go without special recognition.
Eli was ready to celebrate, too.
We tried to go to SOP - Stone Oven Pizza - for birthday dinner but it was closed. Then we went to another Italian place, but they just said onyo 🚫, they couldn't feed us (even though there were plenty open seats). So we ended up at our favorite Korean BBQ. What’s funny is, we don’t even know the real name because the font is very scribbly and we can’t read it. 🤣
One 쌈 ssam, one mouth.
After dinner we came home for pressies and fondue dessert.
We laughed so hard at this photo. Zeke stuck his foot up there, trying to do the heart symbol with his toes. But we thought it looked like a baby's hand with a really large thumb.
How precious are these photos?
The boys were supposed to be kissing her cheek, but Lijee licked her and it got them all laughing.
By the looks of it, fondue was good.
This birthday girl is pretty amazing. Strongly loyal, fiercely protective, and overly mothering, sprinkled with a little teenage attitude.
