It makes my heart happy when we decorate the tree together and the kids are all so excited to get out their special ornaments. Thanks, Mom, for making that an annual gift. Each of them takes such pride in their special spot on the tree that may only house their ornaments. Thanks to all their teachers over the years that have sent home those cheesy little homemade ornaments. Those are the ones that I treasure. This little pathetic paper angel is my tree topper.
A little Christmas love.
Our outside looks a little ragamuffin, but it's festive!
Different colors and types everywhere, with a section of non-working lights on almost every string, but that's us--imperfectly perfect.
The orneriness is just oozing out of this picture.
Of course Chuey was right there helping the whole time.
What goes up...
must come down.
Sometimes I can get the fighting to stop long enough to make it look like they love each other.
This big girl couldn't be bothered to help decorate.
'For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him may not perish but have eternal life.' John 3:16

But look how cute this one is.
Among the holiday hustle and bustle, I hope everyone finds time to remember that Jesus is the perfect gift, and the only thing we need to do is ask for salvation.'For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whoever believes in him may not perish but have eternal life.' John 3:16
