Waterfall Summer 2.0 - Mundong Waterfall, Goeje

We had so much fun at Yongsu Waterfall that we decided to try another one. This one had a short path leading up to it. Part of the way had a foot massaging path. Those paths are actually quite painful, but somehow Zeke walks on them.

A sign on the path claimed that 문동 Mundong Waterfall is the only waterfall in Goeje where clear water pours over a 20-meter rock wall.
Astrid, Matthieu and Daisy were enjoying the cool water on this hot day.

Hundreds of year ago many scholars who had been exiled to Goeje Island left poems while walking in the areas around the waterfall. I saw many rocks with poems on the walk up. "Sit on a stone, make a wish, pour a glass of autumn, and the moon cries." (At least that's what my translation app told me what one of the poems said. Some translations are accurate and some are not. But that sounds like an exile would have written about wishes and crying moons, plus it sounds very artsy.)
Sarah and I hiked further up past the waterfall.
When we got back down the kids were ready to eat lunch.
So were the doggies.
After lunch we took the kids to a hotel that has a trampoline park. The doggies and the mommies waited outside along the water while the kids jumped.
Look out that window; I don't think there is a bad view in Goeje.
