IL Manjido & Yeondaedo Islands

This adventure may be my favorite destination for an International Ladies hike to date. We met in Tongyong and boarded a ferry bound for Manjido Island.

We landed on Manjido Island; this bridge led us to Yeondaedo Island.
I love this cute little flower growing amongst the rocks. A sweet reminder to bloom where you are planted.
Victoria and I stopped for a quick pic.
We hiked up through the trees,
and ended up at the cutest little cove.
I added my own stone to the top of this little rock stack for good luck (that's what they say, anyway).
Trish, Bongja, Victoria and Lena
(with Joanna peeking from behind)
Mimi and Me
We did the two things this group does best: we picnicked and took lots of pictures.

After lunch we headed back across the bridge to explore more of Manjido.
A sign says this tree has provided shade and rest for fishermen and farmers for over 200 years!
