This year we began a new holiday in the Daniels' household: Zekefest. We did it up big with a couple parties and lots of hoopla. We were all about trains.
All of Zeke's little buddies from our Moms group joined us for his party at the Forest Park Mini Train. Train invitations, train stickers, train thank yous, train party hats, train cupcakes on train plates with train napkins. And the main event, the train ride. All followed up with train goody bags.
Oh, and throw in a couple of Grandmas, too.
Top it all off with a train table...
and train cake. This was Kansas Grandma, mine and Zeke's attempt at a train cake, anyway.
