Doing a Double Take - Cheongyongsa Temple

I like when I can still find new places to visit that are close.
Right after cherry blossoms, the double cherry blossoms are right on their tail.
There are just a few magnolias left. They are mostly white, but a few trees are pink.
The official name of the double Cherry blossoms is a 변환 Kanzan cherry tree, although they do not produce cherries.
Monks come here to 천용사 Cheongyongsa Temple. A sign asked us to be quiet as they study their hearts.
We had to wait in line to take our picture at this Instagramable spot. The couple in front took their baby pic; they even brought a chair. How cute is she?

Double cherry blossoms are a little bigger, a little flufier, and a little pinker than regular cheer blossoms. They are a little more scarce, at least in Korea.
Now that I have ‘doubled up’ on Cherry blossom pics, it’s time for the next spring flower.
