The plan was a leisurely stroll through Noeul Park, which led up to the Namgang Dam Water Culture Museum.
But first, coffee/hot chocolate.
We just walked a short bit through Noeul Park. Noeul means sunset.

They should have named it 사랑 Park (Love Park) because they had love and hearts all over.
Have I explained the hand sign yet? That's a little heart that we're making with our fingers. It's totally like the hand signs that Texas universities use for their mascot, and I love that Korea has their hand sign, too.
Of course the Namgang Dam Water Culture Museum is on the lake that the Namgang River flows into. This is the Jinjang Lake that I have several pictures of. It is also the river that runs in front of the Fortress.

The Water Culture Center was established to promote the appreciation of water.
The first floor has three themes: water of life, water of the Namgang River and water of the new century. There is a second floor with an observatory, as well.
The beaver is the mascot of the Korea Water Resources Corporation.
There was a fun thing where you take your photo and it gets placed into a lantern that floats on the Nam River, just like people float lanterns during the Jinju Lantern Festival. Sonya and I floated a lantern together.
This is all of us. We laughed because before we got there is was just little kids' pictures.
Now for some beautiful leaves.

Lastly, we topped our day off with lunch. It was something we warmed up at the table that was very spicy and very Korean.
