Cantata

If you have never heard a Christ Chapel Cantata, you're missing out on the Christmas spirit. The sound of the orchestra fills the room, along with youth bells, children's and adult voices. It's a sound unrivaled, and they are all praising the birth of our savior. It's also a blessing that my children get to participate.
It's a pretty demanding weekend. It starts with a mass rehearsal on Friday night. Then there are 2 performances on Saturday night, 2 Sunday morning, and 1 final performance on Sunday night. When it's all said and done, it's definitely worth the effort.

Zeke and Daisy played the hand bells.
They even got some screen time.
They're also both in Acclaim, the middle school choir.
I got a screen shot of them singing, too.
Our staff says that 10,000 people attend throughout the weekend. How awesome to be a blessing to that many people.
That littlest boy always looks so ornery.
our  #1 fan
My big boy enjoying the cool air between shows.
 Just sayin.
